What does a first engagement include?
We begin by discussing the problem, your existing systems and the result you want. If there is a fit, we propose a defined diagnostic or project with clear deliverables, cost and acceptance criteria.
How are projects priced?
We quote after clarifying the scope. Advisory, implementation, software subscriptions and ongoing support are identified separately. You approve the work before it begins.
Do we need to replace our software?
Often, improving an existing process or configuring your current tools is the best first move. We compare that with buying or building a new solution.
Can you work with businesses outside Dubai?
Yes, we can discuss remote engagements with international teams. Location, delivery language, local requirements and specialist support are agreed during scoping.
How do you handle confidential information?
We agree what information is needed, who can access it and how it may be processed. Initial discussions can use anonymised examples. Send sensitive material only through an agreed channel.
